Shipping Information
Processing Time
Every LEHMONS piece is made with attention to detail.
Standard and custom orders: Ship within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking once your order is on the way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We currently offer:
Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — available on select items
Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $100
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned for updates or contact support@lehmons.com if you’d like to arrange an international order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If your tracking link doesn’t update after 48 hours, contact hello@lehmons.com and we’ll assist you.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
If it’s still missing after 3 business days, reach out to support@lehmons.com with your order number — we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We want you to love your GUSVILI gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
You can return or exchange non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, provided they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Custom or personalized items: Final sale (unless damaged or defective).
Sale items: Final sale.
How to Start a Return
Email returns@gusvili.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
We offer one free exchange per order for non-custom items.
Simply contact us at returns@gusvili.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as expected, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@gusvili.com with:
Your order number
A photo of the issue
We’ll review it and send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Additional Notes
GUSVILI is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays or product launches.
